My name is Barry Paton, I am not highly educated, not a sales person and I am not looking to just sell you something.
I was simply a tradie who wanted more from life than my education had equipped me to get.
My education now includes over 26 years in business. I have built and sold two companies from the ground up and with a little good advice it has “set me up” for life.

Now it’s my turn to pay it forward.

The most important thing I had never done was seek reliable advice from someone who had
“been there done that”

Using personal experience, I (or my associates) can possibly be that resource for you.

My years in business were not all successful years, in fact a lot of them were a struggle and some got to be a little desperate to the point where a house sale was necessary if I wanted to continue.

One solution at that stage would have been to give it away before I got into more strife.

I could have easily justified that decision by thinking at least I had given it a try, then gone back to working for someone else.

Fortunately I met someone successful who gave me some advice and helped me see things a different way.

                                                                                     It made sense.

Developing strategies, creating a plan and then acting on the plan was the smartest thing I had ever done and it began to work out.

Two years later my wife and I were driving Jaguars and Mercedes and holidaying in Europe and America.

For once in my life I wasn’t relying on my trade skills, or good fortune to secure my family’s future.
